Might be a corporate customer who doesn't want to expose their
Exchange server to the world. Unfortunately, a lot of those types
like their Outlook group calendaring, but aren't aware of some of the
alternative offerings out there. I've got a 12 license copy of one
of the Linux based Exchange replacements. :)

And I'm still stuck running a legacy Exchange 5.5 server (behind a
Linux box!) at one site... Might be able to replace it with the
Linux equivalent...
